My NC refund is taking a very long time .What should I do?

Not trying to be glib, but step 1 would be to be patient. Nothing with NC government happens quickly. I've lived in NC my entire life and in the past 8 years have had to pay. If you are getting a refund from NC, be thankful it's coming at all and just be patient.
