TurboTax has a procedure for this, which must be followed and adhered to in compliance with federal requirements for this.

Scroll down a bit on that page, and be aware that a scanned copy of the driver's license and any other legal documents that may be necessary will need to be, and can be attached to the form and uploaded directly to TurboTax.
