Yes. When completing your nonresident return, you have to enter your Maryland sourced income.
During your Maryland state interview, you will come to a page titled Maryland Wage Income. On this page, it will list your federal wages and you must enter the amount of income you made in Maryland as a nonresident. Please go through your state interview again and change the amount of your allocated income to Maryland. I have attached a snapshot below for further reference.

In addition, what is your resident state? If you were a District of Columbia, Pennsylvania or Virginia resident, and you did not maintain a place of abode in Maryland for more than six months (183 days or more) of 2021, you are exempt from Maryland tax on your Maryland wage and salary income. Enter 0 (zero) as your Wages From Maryland Sources, even if you earned the income from services performed in Maryland. If you did maintain a place of abode in Maryland for more than six months (183 days or more), you are a statutory resident. You may need to file a Resident Maryland income tax return.
If you are a West Virginia resident, regardless of time spent in Maryland, you should enter 0 (zero) as your Wages From Maryland Sources. You are exempt from Maryland tax on all of your Maryland wage and salary income, even if you earned the income from services performed in Maryland.

I actually am a Part year resident in MD, and moved to SD in early May. Same situation still applies that my W-2 from SD states I made a certain amount, but my MD form reflects that I made 3x what I actually made. I can’t seem to find anywhere on the TurboTax site that would allow me to go back and edit this.
You may want to check your original W-2 entries on your federal return. If your company sent you two different W-2s, one for the MD wages and one for the SD wages, but the federal information shows the total for both states, you will want to report this on only one W-2. Otherwise, your federal wages and withholdings will be double reported. To do this, enter your W-2 as it appears for one of your states, and then click Add another state beneath box 15 on the W-2 entry screen. Then include the second state on that same W-2. Erase the second W-2 by clicking the trashcan next to it.
