My last stimulus was sent to you all and now this next one is showing a bank account different from my owe. Are you all receiving our payments again?

Did you use refund transfer service to pay for your tax preparation fees this year again? Or choose to receive your payment on a debit card?  Didn't learn the first time? 

The payments aren't supposed to be "available" funds until Wednesday, anyway, though some banks allow customers to see pending deposits.  You'll know soon enough. That you know the account number is already more information than anyone else on the entire Earth can tell you about what's happening.  You will just have to wait and see.

The IRS will use the latest bank info they have on file for you.
