My husband and I filed jointly this year and our refunds was applied to my debt is it possible to amend our taxes to file separately or file the injured spouse form?

Yes, it is possible to amend your return.

Whether or not you file Innocent Spouse or Injured Spouse depends on the circumstances in which you incurred the debt.
