My fiancee used my turbo tax id my mistake after I did my taxes and now my return isn't showing up under my account information. Were my taxes not filed?

Online accounts are only good for one tax return. Anything entered after you filed would overwrite and destroy previous information. If it was actually filed then you should have received an "accept" or "reject" email.

You can check if it is in the IRS system.
