My Federal taxes was accepted within an hour when I transmitted it on 1/31/18 but my NM state taxes are still pending. Why hasn't state processed What to do now?

I checked the state website but they haven't received it yet. Can I get a refund on the state processing fee and just go online with the state to transmit it? Will this mess up my return processing?
