No. You will actually get your return quicker if you submit it electronically through TurboTax. Also if you have your refund deposited into your bank account instead of having a check mailed to you it should speed up the process by a couple of weeks.

It depends on whether or not you have already mailed in your return, or hopefully e-filed it. Once you submit it to the IRS you can not change how you want your return sent to you.
The good news is that you will know for next year.
