My federal return says accepted 01/23/19 but record on irs.gov says filed 02/25/19 and sitting at processing still. It says received date is 04/15/19, what's going on?

That means they are still working on your return. I recommend you continue to check the IRS website.  Once the IRS has a release date, they will post the actual date on their website.
