My federal refund was sent Apr 3, but still hasn’t been deposited into my account. I did have Turbo Tax fees taken out. Could that be the holdup?

Yeah got a cashier's check can't cash it anywhere stated it was from 2020 it should be 2021 $400 dollars less and I got nothing
