How can I have it appear again I try start overing again and still appears $0

To confirm, you didn't complete your filing, correct? To check your e-filing status, please see the link here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

Also, if you cleared the data and started over, this can cause the meter to go to zero as well.

Are you sure it was $14,000 and not $1,400 (the third stimulus amount)? Carefully check your data entry, especially commas and decimals.
