My Federal e-file was accepted on 2/13/21, it still shows as being processed on the IRS page. I haven't received a letter. Why is it taking my federal return so long?

I received my state return weeks ago.  My estimated federal refund date was 3/6/21.

Now when I attempt to check my status on IRS I get information does not match on the app.  On the website I get: We cannot provide any information about your refund. Be sure to:

• verify your filing date;
• check with your tax preparer or tax software provider; or
• verify you received your electronically filed acknowledgement e-mail.
