That sounds like you chose to pay the TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and had $141 in TurboTax fees taken out. The company that handles that is SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group aka "Tax Products Group.") That fee taken out should have been the fee for your Online Premier plus a $40 service fee ($45 for California filers) plus possible sales tax.
You also wrote you received another deposit "IRS Treas 310 TAX REF".
That sounds like the second deposit could be your "economic impact payment" (stimulus) reduced for some reason, such as possible higher-income taxpayer, etc. Does that fit your situation?
