No, Mid-February is considered February 15th. The IRS does states that most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted and a refund option is selected. Also, refunds claiming EITC and ACTC-related returns until Mid-February. However, if the IRS website states you will be receiving your refund on February 09; sometimes they will send out refunds earlier than expected.

Not really. I filed my taxes January 24 it was accepted the same day 21 days after been accepted is around February 14 for me so it depends on when the irs accepted your return
Mine says the fourteen as well. So, I'm thinking it's the fourteenth to be honest.
