My employer just sent me a revised W2. The value in Box 18 decreased. Will this change my return value? Is it worth submitting a revision?

No - The change will have no impact on your federal and state tax returns.

Line 18 on he W-2 is for Local wages, tips, etc. If it's a substantial decrease it might be worth amending your local tax return.
