My e-file is still in pending over 5 days. Did the file transfer go wrong ?

The IRS processes and issues refunds on average, within 21 days. So, you're still within that timeframe. Pending can take anywhere from 3 days to a few weeks. The best way to keep up to date is to check Where's My Refund?.
