My downloaded Turbo Tax Business shows blank pages when I try to print. Why?

TurboTax Business may print blank pages due to outdated PDF software (Adobe Reader), printer driver issues, or glitches in generating the PDF file. 

To correct this, try updating/reinstalling your Adobe Acrobat. Also try printing as an image, updating your printer driver, or switching browsers if using the TurboTax Online version.

I'm having this same issue.  Ever since a Turbo Tax update a few weeks ago.  I keep waiting for TT to make a new update that fixes it, but nothing yet.  Almost time to file, so please hurry.

This is usually a PDF viewer issue, try the following to troubleshoot your issue:

1. Try using a different browser.
2. Save the PDF Go > to file > Print > Microsoft Print to PDF > then print the new file
3. Disable “Print in grayscale/black only” if the PDF is white text on dark background
4. Update/repair Acrobat: Help > Check for Updates; then Help > Repair Installation (Windows).
5. Clear print spooler (Windows): 1) Win+R > services.msc 2) Stop “Print Spooler” 3) Delete files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS 4) Start “Print Spooler”
