My direct deposit information for my 2021 information somehow got changed to numbers that I did not input. How and who should I contact to notify about this?

My bank account information was correct in my 2020 tax return but then somehow got changed for my 2021 tax return.

if you requested that the Turbotax fees be taken out of your refund the bank and routing number are changed so the payment is sent to a third party bank to take out the fees. the balance is forwarded to the bank and a/c number you specified.  this is perfectly normal and had you read the Turbotax agreement which you signed you would have known this would happen.
