My dependent daughter received a 1098-E form. She cannot claim it. Can I use it for my taxes?

You can report the 1099-E if

you are listed on the loan, your daughter was your dependent at the time the loan was made, and you made the payments

OR

if you are listed on the loan, your daughter is your dependent, and you claim her.
