After 5-10 business days, please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169 to report your card lost or stolen. You can also use this link. https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/contact-us 

If you need a to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
