My daughter had to amend her 2018 taxes, how long does it take for her to get her total if anything is owed?

Grandmother sent child a 1099Q after taxes were submitted and refund was already received.  Child did amend on Turbo Tax but we don't see what she may owe, we don't want to be late for Tax Day.

An amended return can take up to 6 weeks to process. You can track the amended return by using the following IRS link Where is my Amended Return or by calling the toll-free telephone number 866-464-2050.  If you are looking at the 1040X Amended return, you can see if an amount is owed by looking at line 20.
