My daughter filed, claimed herself, but since has filed an amended form, so I can claim her. Should I file an amended, or send mine by mail to complete mine?

If you have not yet filed, you do not file an amended return. Your return will still be rejected until the IRS updates it's records. You will need to paper-file and mail your return to claim your daughter's exemption this year.
