My computer was compromised. I have been waiting for my TurboTax prepaid card in the mail, it has not been delivered yet. I need help making sure it comes sercurely

My refund has been loaded onto my TurboTax prepaid card account. I want to make sure I get it in the mail than someone else getting my card.

The card is usually delivered 5-10 business days after ordering it. 

It seems as if the 5-10 business days might have passed already. If this is the case for assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, please use one of the contact methods below:

TIP: To avoid delays, be sure the name on the tax return is exactly the same as the name on your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card.
