My computer crashed that had last years returns on it, how do I get last years returns for efile?

If you used the desktop version of Turbo Tax, last year, and did not have a back up or paper copy of your return, you may still obtain that information from the IRS in a transcript.  If you can process with the secure access eauthentication, you can view it online or you can request a written transcript.
