I was about to do my taxes for my company and me for 2025, but I just realized we were charged twice for Online Premium Tax 2024 (Order number: TTWC5EC265693142) and Online Deluxe 2024 (Order number: TTWC501987281). Since you were using the TurboTax online editions for the 2024 tax return and did two tax returns, then the charges would be accurate since you can only complete and file one tax return per account and User ID with the online editions. You had to create a new account with a new User ID for the second tax return.
One account used the Deluxe online edition and the other account used the Premium online edition.

Thank you for checking and for the insight. I was following the questionnaire and filling out the tax return, and so I got two accounts. This is clearly a mistake, for one person with an LLC would file the same tax return twice. Could you please help me fix that and perhaps offer a refund, since my company's bookkeeping is wrong now? Please help...

TurboTax Support does not use text or email for support, but there's another option. If you use social media, you can communicate with TurboTax Support by direct messaging a TurboTax Support agent at Facebook or X.
