Unfortunately TurboTax receives no information from the state.

Is this how you have been trying to reach the Colorado DOR?  If so, it also says you can schedule a callback as one of the options.

I'll also see if one of your fellow Coloradoans @tjbc   who is quite familiar with Colorado DOR delays still visits the forum any and has any suggestion for you.

The information that @mesquitebean provided to contact the Colorado Department of Revenue Taxation Division is your best way to get an update on your tax return.  Using the 303-238-SERV phone number you can speak directly with a taxpayer services representative or schedule a call back.  When you call this number ask for a "Representative".  Then follow the multiple prompts for "Individual" taxes.  This will get you to a live person.  Depending upon the time of day and feedback from other filers, you could experience a long wait.

 

If all else fails and you are unable to get an update on your tax return using this phone number, you can request a "Citizens Advocate" to work directly with you to find out what's going on with your return.  Click here to start the process to request a "Citizens Advocate".  Hope this helps!
