My card arrived I activated it An my refund is available. However the card is empty with 0$ I feel like it's a scam from intuit to make U pay for customer service.w.d.i.d

You will not have funds on that card until the IRS issues your refund. TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.

It's already accepted it before I got the card. Now it seems my money is in limbo

"Accepted" does not mean "approved"  First it gets accepted.  Then it gets reviewed. by the IRS.  Then it gets approved  (you hope) and the refund is issued.

Then give it a chance to post to your card.  Did you choose to have TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  if so it will take extra time for it to go through the third party bank that handles that.
