My california tax return was scheduled to be returned to me by 3/16/19 and it’s almost been a week later and I still haven’t gotten it. What should I do?

Who gave you that date? TT dates are only estimates.

You can track your California State return by following the instructions below. This will allow you to get a date for the refund to be released.
