My California state taxes are not showing in the system I've already received my federal refund

Did you efile?  Was your return Accepted?  Double check your efile status here

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual state tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.

it was accepted the same day my federal was on 2/9/19 and i have double checked the amounts and everything idk whats going on

I understand that you don't issue the refund, but I would hope that out of all the people who use your software and all the hundreds of dollars I paid that I wouldn't be the only one with this issue and that you would have some kind of knowledge about what's going on. I mean that is what ask the extra add on we pay for say right is that it gives us peace of mind because your there to support us and deal with any problems that may come up.
