My bank account says refund is pending and will be deposited Feb 14 however WMR is still on first bar. How is this possible?

You can track your refund via the IRS website. Your bank will only let you know if a deposit was made or not. They do not have a way to tracking your refund.

You can track your refund with the IRS and through Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.
