My accountant did not include some of my income. I am required to prove I paid Social Security and payroll taxes on my income, because of a public assistance program. I have asked my accountant twice to file a1040X, but he is not replying.what can I do?

This is a public forum with no access to your tax return or records. The only thing I can suggest is consulting another return preparer. The IRS won't help.
