The IRS changed something on your return. TurboTax is never informed about changes made to returns, so talking to anyone at TurboTax is a waste of your time. The IRS. It will send you a notice or letter of explanation with instructions on how to contest the findings. Did you get an IRS letter with the change? As a guess, does it have anything to do with Social Security income? If so, we can tell you more about a possibility. Some Social Security recipients are answering a screen incorrectly, which then reports the SS as nontaxable by mistake.
