my 2024 amended e-file did not go thru on turbo tax as their filing season for that year is closed, what do I do ?

Print it, sign and date it in ink, and file it by mail.

Use a mailing service like certified mail  to track so you will know it was received since you will have a long wait.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.

You print and mail the amended tax return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
