My 2021 tax was rejected

my 2021 tax return was rejected it stated IND 032-04 SPOUSE PRI0R YEAR PIN OR SPOUSE PRIOR YEAR AGI AMT. IN RETURN  HEADER MUST MATCH THE E FILE DATABASE. WHAT DO I DO ?
