My 2019 taxes are still pending can i file my 2020 taxes they are done but it cant find my agi from last year

My 2019 taxes it says are still pending when i check the website and now it wont let me file the 2020 plus i cant get my refund or any stumulis checks i am getting very fusturated because i can not contact the irs they dont answer any lines i have tried

Use zero for your 2019 AGI since the IRS does not have a 2019 AGI in the system for you. If zero will not work then print sign and mail the return.
