My 2017 California return status shows as "Started" while my fed return has been accepted. I paid for both w/ deluxe pkg. Anyone know why my CA won't submit?

If your state says "started" it has not been filed. You need to return to the program to file your state return. Instructions to return to file your state are in the FAQ below. Select the blue drop down for Online instructions:
