My 18-year old didn't receive the Advance payments, Child Tax Credits. However Turbo Tax has it prefilled with $500 and doesn't let me change it to 0. What can I do?

When did he turn 18? Had to be UNDER 18 on December 31. Now you just get the 500 for Other Dependent.

If he turned 18 before the end of 2021 you cannot get the child tax credit. You get the $500 credit for other dependents instead.
