My 1099-G from last year, is sowing on this years taxes and wont delete. even while using the delete form option. says needs review, yet cant/dont need to enter anything.

I suggest you complete the unemployment income section in TurboTax using the 1099-G form from last year. When you are finished, you will see an option to delete the entry and when you delete it that may resolve your issue.

It says I have to upgrade to TurboTax deluxe, to even fill it out. I dont want to pay $40 to fill out a form that Im going to delete.
