My 1040 form lists schedules that are not in the pdf download, How do i access those?

The 1040 has all the schedules listed on it but only the ones you use are included in the PDF of the return.

I wasn’t clear. The 1040 form specifically lists schedule 16900 on line 1, but it is not part of the pdf.

Ok ... you mean there is a marginal entry on line 1 of the form 1040  that is  "SCH 16900" ?   If so that means you have taxable scholarship income being reported on that line ... there is no separate "schedule".    Read the FAQ : https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/college-and-education/help/why-is-my-scholarship-taxable/00/26267
