Yesterday 09/09/2024 I purchased the desktop edition of Turbotax ordr # [removed] Lic#[removed]. This is the ordder I am using.
HOW EVER i HAVE BEEN CHARGED THREE TIMES FOR $197.13 TO CREDIT CARD ENDING 4762.
I need the refund for the other two $197.13 charges. The only thing I think could have happened is I was buying the product from the Intuit website. I made multiple attempts to purchase and I kept getting a error message that there was some problem with my credit card. Evidently I also have and account called eraso1, with the email [email address removed]. I found these two confimations.
I did find a order confirmation [removed] for $197.13 with that confirmation
I did find another order confirmation [removed] for $197.13 with that confirmation
These two need to be refunded!
