Mortage interest added twice and already e-file and federal accepted and state pending what do I do

e-file already done and accepted by federal - state pending - mortage interest added in 2 places so it doubled - what do I do

wait till the  processing is complete , as signified by the issuance of the  refund -- then file an amended return, correcting the error.

Ditto for the state

After I get the check do an amended return and they will let me know what I owe them -Thanks
