Return is complete, federal filed but state won't go because Missouri needs to update their software according to TT.

Why don't you just wait for the state to be ready to efile ?   Mailed in returns take much longer to process. 

Looks like all the MI forms will be ready about 3/3 ... and if the state forms are not ready for efile I doubt they are ready to process mailed in forms either ... but that is up to you.
