Missing tax refund

Used turbo tax free edition to file my tax refund 2024. Applied for a 5 days earlier refund release but instead a according to turbotax a check has been sent instead of direct deposit. According to IRS they havent sent any check. I know my refund is not alot of money but it still is mine and ive worked for it. Ill be suing turbotax for giving me false information and for pinpointing different banks (4 in total) telling me that one of them has my refund. I've checked, none of those 4 banks they told me has it.
