The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check. If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.
If you used the non-filer site, you will not be able to e-file a 2019 return after using the non-filer site.
TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:
You can call the IRS hotline at 1-800-919-9835 to get updates on your stimulus payment.

I didn't file 2019 taxes will I get a stimulus package
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, a $2 trillion stimulus package, will deliver relief through a range of measures, including an advanced tax rebate to taxpayers.
It entails a refundable tax credit of up to:
Stimulus payments will be based on information from your most recent tax filings, either 2019, or 2018 if you haven't filed this season yet. But, the amount paid to you now will be reconciled on next year’s tax return based on your current 2020 situation. So if you qualify for it but don't get the advance payment this year, you can claim it next year when you file.
You can check on the status of your stimulus payment at the IRS Get My Payment site. @Beijengi7
