Max Protection for Turbotax online.

I chose not to add Max Protection early in the process when doing my 2025 taxes (after reviewing the help menus knowing that I could add it later.) So I declined it first, knowing I could add later. Now I am done and at the final screen to pay and it does NOT provide the option. What options, if any, do I have? I have changed browsers, re-reviewed a bunch of stuff ...nothing helps.

TurboTax Max protection must be purchased before filing in the Online version via the "File" section. If it was not offered or selected at that time, it cannot be added later, as it is only available during the pre-filing stage.

Try going to the "File" section, and selecting "Review your order," and then add Max benefits.

I understand, I think. I don't understand why your AI help still states that this service will be offered prior to me submitting the tax forms to the govt. Recommend you fix your help facility.
