Mailed tax files on April and hasn't not heard anything from IRS

I mailed in my tax files on April 30, and still haven't heard or received my refund. I had to mailed it in because I was not eligible for e-filing according to turbotax. I search my status under "where's my refund" in the IRS website, nothing shows up. It only said the following:

We cannot provide any information about your refund. Be sure to:

• verify your filing date;
• check with your tax preparer

I am very sure that I've enter my information correctly, and this is all I get. I tried to call Turbotax, but it just kept directing me to the automatic system which does not help at all. It has been 8 weeks since I mailed in my tax, and now the status is just unknown. I do not know what I need to do, or if I should mailed in another set of document.

Mailed returns are not being processed.  It will take many months for the IRS to catch up with the back log.
