Made an amendment after I filed. And only revived the original money back. Did not receive the money I was to get back after the admenent?

Well I sent in my admenent before I received I original check. Do I send it again?

If  you have already mailed your amended return, you would not need to mail it again.   Three weeks after you have mailed your amended return you can track it by visiting the following link: Where is my Amended Return or by calling the toll-free telephone number 866-464-2050.

Its been over 3weeks for my amended return. I have tryed to track it but it says they dont have any record of it.
