These are the actions I took to solve a similar problem (crash on print).
Thanks to the Community members who helped
First I did a complete uninstall per these FAQ instructions

Then I reinstalled TurboTax2017.
Be sure the program is in the Applications folder. I had mine in a Tax folder which may have compounded the problem.
