K-1 form 1065 with income loss

I submitted my federal tax for 2020 last month and it was accepted. I just received a Schedule K-1 form 1065 with -36 dollars of income/loss. Do I have to file an amended?

If you are asking about the status of your refund, only the IRS can tell you, and it is backlogged.

You should. 

It may not change your tax liability, but it is an income reporting tax form (although it shows a loss) and the IRS will be looking to match that K-1 to a tax return.
