My husband and I filed jointly for the first time last year. He did it through his account (but uploaded all of my necessary information, and it was successful). However, I've been receiving emails from Turbotax to "Finish filing my 2023 taxes," and when I login to my TurboTax acct, my 2023 tax filing is not reflecting at all.
Is there anything I can do here to link or merge these accounts? I assume I don't have to worry about these emails prompting me to finish filing?

Ignore those marketing emails. Since you filed a joint return using your spouse's account, your own "old" account still exists but was not used for the 2023 return. Marketing sends out reminders that can be generated by those "old" accounts. You have nothing to worry about if you filed a timely joint return. The joint return will never show up in your own old account. And, no, TurboTax accounts cannot be merged or combined. Going forward, you will just continue to use the account you used for the 2023 joint return, and abandon your old account. Keep a record of how to access your old account just in case you need to look at an old return. TT saves returns for seven years.

The people that send the emails don't know (and aren't allowed to know) that you filed with a different account. Ignore the emails, or log in and turn off your marketing emails.
